Katie Wilson is the founder of Serious Moonlight Consulting. She is a sales & marketing leader helping tech and retail companies achieve sustainable growth.
After leaving big tech – Katie worked for 15 years at Google as a Head of Sales – she has been able to help a variety of startups, companies, and individuals untangle and demystify their sales and marketing processes. Katie has been a featured speaker for @Google Talks, Wonder Women Tech, and Innovation Women. THE BOARD and Fortune have featured her writing and expertise.
Adriana Landaverde is the Founder and Product Consultant at Fabrica Consulting, where she partners with early and growth-stage companies as a fractional product executive.
With a career spanning Silicon Valley, London, and Barcelona, Adriana brings over a decade of experience leading product strategy, execution, and growth across consumer fintech and marketplace businesses. Adriana holds an MBA from Stanford and a degree in Economics from ESEN in El Salvador. She’s especially passionate about product leadership that blends business outcomes with empathy, experimentation, and strong cross-functional collaboration.
Bhuva Shakti is the Chief Product Operations Officer driving software innovation and revenue growth at Wallet Max, a global community with a mission to expand private investments for corporate executives, venture capital investors, and sustainable startups.
With an MBA from Columbia University in New York and as a senior executive director on Wall Street for three decades, Bhuva has managed diverse financial portfolios and launched several digital transformation products for investment banks, capital markets, and payment networks. Bhuva is a board director and fractional C-Suite advisor for technology businesses, and a keynote speaker advancing economic inclusion and climate-fintech partnerships.
Lora Cover is the founder and CEO of colleague, an organization that places on-demand Chief People Officers, people strategists and implementation experts inside organizations.
She has over 25 years of talent experience, spending most of her career on the operational side. For over a decade she worked at Teach For America, recruiting teachers, then building a human assets team for the organization. Lora holds a bachelor’s degree in labor relations from Cornell University and a Master of Public Administration from The Maxwell School of Citizenship and Public Affairs at Syracuse University.
Lauren Kaplan is the founder and CEO of Growth Ops Advisory, a business strategy and HR operations consultancy that helps small to midsize companies align their people and processes with business goals. Her firm works primarily with professional services firms and VC/PE-backed businesses with 20–65 employees and $5M–$50M in revenue. Lauren holds an MBA from MIT Sloan and a BSBA from Washington University in St. Louis. Her previous roles include Head of Wholesale Operations at Hale & Hearty Soups, Senior Consultant at The Advisory Board, and COO at Nomad Financial.
