How exactly does the community work?
The CEO Elevation Circle is hosted on a professional community management platform called Circle. Once members join, they create an account and gain access to both synchronous and asynchronous activities. About 80% of our engagement is asynchronous, allowing members to connect, learn, and interact at their convenience. 15% of our events are live, virtual meetings, offering around 4-5 live sessions each month. The remaining 5% of activities are in-person meet-ups held across Europe. Check out our Events section for details.
What if our women prefer more in-person interaction?
We understand the value of face-to-face interactions. That’s why we regularly organize in-person meet-ups in major cities across Europe. Plus, in 2025, we will host a 5-day flagship conference—THE FUTURE OF WORK FOR WOMEN—giving members the chance to deepen their connections and experience an immersive leadership development event.
When is the best time for our company to send women to the community?
