The panel discussion will be facilitated by Cristina Muntean, founder of THE CEO ELEVATION CIRCLE and CEO of VORNICA, a company on a mission to triple the number of women CEOs in Europe.
OUR SPEAKERS
Raluca Popa is a partner with EY Romania. She has over 15 years of experience in tax consulting, out of which one year was spent in Luxembourg, as part of the international tax services team, assisting various multinational companies. Raluca’s professional experience includes involvement in local and international tax projects, as well as in a complex range of projects regarding various reorganizations, due diligence projects, the design and implementation of numerous complex structures and joint ventures, as well as international tax structuring.
Razvan Pirvu’s career spans more than 20 years of senior IT management positions based in Canada, Czech Republic, and Romania. He worked with reputable organizations like McDonald’s, IBM, and SITA and in several industries like fast food restaurants, IT services and air transportation. After spending 20 years of his career abroad, Razvan is currently back in Romania, where he has been assisting a young and dynamic team at ACROM in growing the company into a global player in the IT services industry.
Lavinia Ivas has 16+ years of experience in general management; for 13 years she was the CEO of Douglas Romania. Lavinia is an innovative and growth-oriented leader with a proven track record of scaling up the business and driving digital transformation. Experienced in crafting and executing strategic visions, navigating high-growth environments, and building agile teams, Lavinia is also an EMBA alumna of the prestigious WU Vienna University and the Carlson School of Management in Minneapolis, Minnesota.
Alexander Milcev is the EY Romania and Moldova Tax & Law Services Leader. Alex joined EY Romania team in 2002 as a Tax Manager. Throughout the years he gained considerable experience in corporate and international taxation, transfer pricing, and indirect taxes. Alexander is actively involved in the modernization of the Romanian and CEE legislative and institutional framework in the fiscal and competition sector in line with EU requirements. He is a founding member of the Romanian Tax Consultants Chamber and its Board Member, and has numerous articles published in renowned international and national media.
