The discussion around having more diverse non-executive and advisory boards across corporate and non-profit organizations in Europe has intensified in recent years. But what do current boards need and expect from their future members? And how can women position themselves correctly so they can bring their value to the table and expand their career portfolio with board seats?

Many senior women leaders strive to build fresh opportunities for their careers these days. One such opportunity is securing one – or several – non-executive board seats in lucrative companies.

The greatest barrier? The process for appointing new non-executive board members remains highly obscure. It rarely happens through headhunters, and you won’t find NED roles advertised on LinkedIn. So, what do talented women need to do to get on more good boards?

Welcome to our September BOARD Talk on the topic GROW ON BOARDS ON YOUR TERMS.

Our distinguished guest for this BOARD TALK is Josh Hayes, senior director with GetBoardwise, a UK-based advisory on a mission to connect excellent professionals with the boards who could use their expertise to thrive on the market.

Join us to refresh your understanding of how to secure a non-executive board role and gain inspiration for your next career steps.
