OUR SPEAKERS:

ADELA VLĂDUȚOIU: After 28 years in male-dominated industries, holding C-suite and board roles in manufacturing, agri-business, and consumer goods, Adela has broadened her focus beyond executive leadership. She now shares her expertise in business transformation and strategic leadership through consulting, mentoring, and thought leadership. An author and speaker, she is also pursuing a doctorate in business administration, focusing on women’s leadership and sustainable business practices.

PAVLA KOPECKOVA PRIKRYLOVA: Pavla was one of the co-founders of Peterka and Partners, one of the largest Czech law firms with a solid international footprint in Central and Eastern Europe. After 25 years of practicing as a corporate and M&A partner and holding various roles within the law firm, Pavla decided to start afresh once again in order to focus on more specific, niche type of legal work for SMEs and emerging scale-up Czech companies.

EWA PACHOCKA: After a successful 25-year career in European and global HR working in companies such as Mars, Wrigley and others, Ewa decided to go on her own. In January 2024 she founded Pachocka HR Consulting, where she now specializes in people and culture management in established Polish companies.

2. 18.00 – 18.45: Guided panel discussion on how to manage one’s own corporate exit.
3. 18.45 – 19.20: Q&A with the audience.
4. 19.20 – 19.30: Wrap-up and upcoming event invitations.

• Our CEO PANEL TALK takes place virtually, on Zoom.
• You’ll need the app installed on your computer. Using Zoom on a mobile device will significantly reduce your participation experience.
• The virtual doors open at 17:45 CET for informal chit-chat and warm-up.
• The session is recorded. Provided that you register for this event, you’ll have access to the video and audio recording afterward.
• Your full mental and emotional presence is required during the whole event. We invite you to have your camera on throughout to avoid interruptions or multitasking. This is an investment in yourself—respect your time.
• Photos of the virtual room will be taken during the event. By registering, you consent to photography being used later for marketing purposes.
